Clay-zi Properties ("CP") was established by Quinton Cowley 'CEA' in 1989, in Klapmuts near the Stellenbosch/ Paarl wine districts of the Western Cape, South Africa.
For more than 20 years, CP has specialised in small holdings and farms and understands the importance of knowledge and experience in order to give both the seller and buyer the very best professional service.
CP is aware of legal provisions that need to be taken into account, inlcuding usage & limitations, rights, zoning, building etc, and is able to advise on boundary lines, servitudes, water, finance and other crucial information the buyer should be aware of when considering.

Having lived on small holdings since the early 70's, QC's natural love for the space and life-style grew into a passion and spawned "Clay-Stud?", breeding 3 multiple race-winners (2 generations) and saw the development of a successful Equestrian family.
Growing relationships with the local farmers & farming community, also prompted QC to gain valuable knowledge of agricultural farming for produce and income including crops & live-stock.
